🌟 About This Role

You will own Nayara’s product vision and roadmap end to end.

You will define what we build, what we don’t, and make hard trade-offs between current customer needs and long-term platform direction in a fast-moving AI landscape.

You will on the one hand work closely with clinicians, partners and patients to understand their care pathways and on the other hand work with R&D in turning those requirements into high-quality Clinical grade AI agents to ensure top quality delivery to Clinical Providers and Medical device companies..

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap

• Design end-to-end experiences across agents, dashboards, and data products

• Build and own evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, and performance

• Work closely with clinicians and partners to translate real workflows into product

• translate clinical needs into clear, actionable R&D scripts and specifications

• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, clinical, and business teams

• Partner with customers, support sales, shape deployments, and present outcomes

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product leadership in startups with full ownership from 0→1 and beyond

• Strong builder mindset - hands-on, fast, and comfortable operating without structure

• Deep product judgment - able to make hard tradeoffs in ambiguous environments

• Solid understanding of AI systems (LLMs), especially reliability, safety, and behavior

• Experience building AI-driven or complex end-user products

• Experience working with domain experts and translating complexity into product

• Founder mindset - high ownership, high agency, and drive to build and scale a company & willingness in the start to work for equity.

✅  Preferred experience

• Healthcare domain experience across clinical operations, care delivery or digital health

• Conversation design, AI assistant workflows & clinician-patient interaction 

• ML evaluation design, model performance measurement and safety review frameworks

• Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR environments, documentation processes, and healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA

• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships

• Python, SQL and data exploration skills to investigate performance metrics, user behavior, and operational outcomes
